When gearing your champs you can go all out on damage, as this is unkillable comp you do not need to have the def and hp requirements or the need for lifesteal and stalwart gear. (there's bound to be some thing I missed, please comment below and I'll add it) Any other debuffs are a waste of a slot and wont increase your damage. The only debuffs you want on boss are defence down, weaken, hp burn, poison, poison sensitivity and maybe bombs if your running a champ that does them. To maximise damage try to not waste debuff slots, SC and Tower both have debuffs that are a waste of a slot on CB, keep SC's accuracy super low to avoid this as much as possible.
Give SC lifedrinker mastery rather than lifesteal or immortal set's, this will keep his health nice and low to keep him as stun target but not to low to be ignored. I recommend you run every one except SC in 1 immortal set, this will keep there HP's high to avoid getting stunned and will heal back the damage you take during the sync period and will get max use out of heart of glory mastery (5% extra damage at full hp). Use DeadWoodJedi's speed calculator before attempting any run, this is an amazing tool for speed tuning your clan boss team, this will show you how your champs are going to interact with there given speeds.
